Dear Friends and Fellow Unit Owners,
I hope this dry Winter has treated you well and Spring is right around the corner. I am writing to support Connie Reynolds as a candidate for the Executive Board and to encourage you to vote for her in the upcoming election.
Last year, unit owners were paying an additional $450 per month in assessments approved by the Board. Since Connie has been on the Board, she has supported a more transparent and fiscally responsible approach, helping ensure that future assessments are carefully considered and better aligned with the community’s interests. I share this philosophy with Connie and I believe she is the best candidate to support if you do as well.
The most important step you can take to help safeguard our community’s financial stability is to vote. Here are the voting options for March 2:
- In person:
Attend the meeting in the clubroom. Doors open at 6:30 PM. - Online:
Vote via Zoom using your unique unit identifier. A link has been emailed to all owners. - Proxy:
If you cannot attend, you may submit a signed proxy by mail, email it to [email protected], or drop it off at the business office.
