Dear Fellow Homeowner,
I am honored to have been elected to serve on our HOA’s Executive Board, and I want to extend my deepest gratitude for your support, your votes, and your trust in me. This victory belongs to all of us who believe in fairness, transparency, and financial responsibility—and now, the real work begins.
I ran on the promise that every homeowner’s voice matters, and I meant it. Whether you voted for me or not, I want to hear from you. Your concerns, ideas, and even disagreements are not only welcome—they are essential. The best way to ensure our community is managed fairly is through open and honest communication. That’s why I’m providing you with all my contact info.
I encourage you to stay engaged and hold me accountable. There is no doubt we have some big issues to work on and big decisions to make. We need your help to create a multiple year budget to ensure we serve the best interests of all homeowners and that decisions are made with full transparency, direct homeowner input, and with your finances in mind.
This is exactly why I ran for the board—to ensure that financial decisions are made fairly, transparently, and in accordance with our governing rules. If you have questions, concerns, or ideas, please reach out. If you disagree with something I support, tell me. Healthy debate and open discussions make us stronger as a community. There are multiple ways to share your feedback:
✅ Join the “Ridge Park Homeowners Organizing for Action” community at ridgeparkhoa.com. Members of our community have thanked me for discussing their issues and actively listening. I promise this will not end with my election. These conversations must be ongoing!
✅ Email me with your ideas – brendan@ridgeparkhoa.com. Or, if it’s easier, giff@ridgeparkhoa.com (You can call me “Giff”, it’s my nickname). It is my promise that I will respectfully discuss your ideas and amplify them to the Board and throughout the community.
✅ Attend Board Meetings – Make your voices heard in person! The Board needs to hear directly from you: many others in the community have similar ideas and priorities.
✅ Submit Concerns in Writing – Whether it’s a financial concern, a maintenance issue, or an idea for improvement, I and the Ridge Park Office want to know what’s on your mind.
✅ Stay Informed – This way you can we can make the best decisions together. You will hear a lot from me and others in the community about how this community should be run. But don’t our word for it! Read the Declaration and Bylaws. Sign up for my newsletter at ridgeparkhoa.com. I hope to educate the community on their most important rights as association members.
Together, we can ensure our HOA represents our interests: not just by demanding accountability, but by actively participating in the process. I promise to fight for fairness and responsible financial management, but I can’t do it alone. I will need your voices, your input, and your willingness to stay involved. My campaign for you didn’t end on March 3 when I got elected to the Board. It began!
Thank you again for your trust. Now, let’s get to work.
Brendan Gifford
Ridge Park Association Member, recently elected to the Board thanks to your support!
